Kerala Gramin Bank Employees’ Union and Kerala Gramin Bank officers’ union are affiliated with All India Regional Rural Bank Employees Association and Bank Employees Fedaration of India. Being a revolutionary trade union, we always raise our voice against the anti-labour policies of the Government as well as the management.

Our prime motto is to protect employees from victimization and exploitation. We value the needs of employees and are always committed to fulfil their needs, through dedicated service and struggle. We uphold the dignity and professional competence of employees. We endeavour to help the members during any strike brought about with the sanction of the Union or a lockout. Thus, we aim to foster a spirit of Co-operation and comradeship amongst the members of the Union.

Being a trade union with an employee-centric ideology, we co-operate, federate and merge with those organizations in India and outside having a similar ideology. We aim to organize and unite all employees of Kerala Gramin Bank at their branches and offices and to regulate their relationship with the employers, thus ensure loyalty to the organisation.

To ensure the welfare of employees we aim to organize/form various facilities/activities like Employee’s cooperative society, Employees welfare fund, recreational clubs, lectures and debates on banking, mercantile law, economics and other kindred subjects and also on such other subjects which members are interested in.

The needs and requirements of employees are similar all around the globe. We as a union have a long way ahead of us. That doesn’t mean that we have to enclose our works within the organisation. It’s our duty to uplift and support others who suffer. Keeping that wide aspect, we ensure our help and support to the needy. Thus, we ensure a sense of togetherness beyond human-defined boundaries which moulds the term UNION.
